This unique artwork was made using many layers, starting with textured gesso for depth. I then built up layers of high-quality acrylic paint to capture the sea’s movement and mood. To add a warm, glowing effect, I applied delicate touches of gold leaf and finished with wax pastes for subtle highlights. The final coats of varnish protect the painting for years to come.
