Positive feelings cards

 50,00

A hand-painted deck of 106 mini cards titled:

“Life is colorful Discover positive feelings within yourself

“Color is a force that directly affects the soul.” – Vasily Kandinsky

Use this deck of cards if you want:

◉ to make better decisions; our feelings dictate our actions. If you want to make better decisions and therefore better actions, work on improving your emotional states.

◉ to learn to more accurately identify and experience various positive feelings and qualities in yourself and others.

◉ to get to know yourself better by determining how you want to feel and expanding your knowledge of the various constructive (positive) emotions you can consciously evoke in yourself.

◉ to create a vision board (or mood board).

◉ to evoke one of the positive feelings and notice it in yourself, i.e. do the opposite of forever looking for flaws in yourself and constantly looking for new self-help books.

◉ to give up complaining and dissatisfaction.

◉ to let go of the need to constantly look outside for advice and evaluation.

◉ to feel better about yourself and increase your self-esteem.

◉ to reclaim your power.

◉ to develop your emotional intelligence.

◉ to enrich your practice of journal writting (e.g. morning pages from book the Artist’s Way).

◉ to express your subconscious goals.

◉ to connect with your soul and understand your soul’s unique language. Because the language of the soul is feelings and premonitions.

Feelings help us attract what we want and not…

Information about this project:

This deck features 106 mini cards with the names of various positive emotions and attributes combined with inspiring images for contemplation.

I wanted to create cards to communicate with my own soul. The language of the soul is feelings and what we call premonitions from nowhere, while the language of the mind is thoughts and well-trodden paths.

I hope these cards will increase your ability to feel and better hear the longings of your soul so that you can stay connected to it and pursue your key goals from a higher level.

✏  Do you believe you can intentionally change your emotions? Whether you say yes or no, you are right, the world as a mirror agrees with everything you believe. Your reactions and attitudes are up to you. It is through this awareness that we evolve and develop emotional intelligence as beings with free will. Moreover, the nature of the mind is such that it can only focus on either negative or positive emotions, never both at the same time.

✏  This is an interactive tool that can help you write your own journal describing your personal development journey. By using this deck of cards, you will be your own guide. As you shuffle the cards, I encourage you to ask yourself questions such as:

1A. How different can I feel?

1B. What can I do to feel the way I want?

Tip: Write down your answers and follow them. In the evening, write down what happened to check if you are following your own directions. This way you will gain more faith in yourself and your sovereignty.

2A. How else can I react to a situation that worries me?

2B. What actions can I take now to feel this new way?

3A. What feeling inside me will make it easier for me to achieve… (my goal)?

3B. What actions can I take now to help me feel this way?

Write down your answers and follow them. In the evening, write down what happened to check if you are following your plan.

✏ Interesting fact: The emotions in this set of cards have been selected in such a way as not to create excessive potentials, which instead trigger balancing forces. Excess potentials and balancing forces are well described in the book “Reality Transurfing” written by Vadim Zeland.

Meditation exercise with positive feelings cards

Example of a breathing meditation with selected cards:

E.g. If you drew 5 cards from the entire deck with 5 feelings named: capable, grateful, curious, organized and forgiven.

The breathing meditation will look as follows…

Inhale and exhale slowly a few times to clear your mind and signal to your subconscious mind and body that you are safe and ready to relax.

Now make simple affirmations using the names of the feelings from the selected cards:

I feel capable…(your example).

I am capable… (your example).

Again, slowly inhale and exhale. Imagine these feelings flowing through you like air. And say the next affirmations:

I feel grateful… (your example).

I am grateful… (your example).

Slowly inhale and exhale, letting the feeling of gratitude pass through you. Say next affirmations:

I feel curious... (your example).

I’m curious…(your example).

Inhale and exhale slowly. Say affirmations:

I feel organized…(your example).

I am organized…(your example).

Inhale and exhale slowly. Say an affirmation:

I feel forgiven…(your example).

I’m forgiven…(your example).

As you inhale, imagine that the words/feelings spread throughout your body and become an integral part of you.

Card spreads

Example of card layout No. I: “Come back to yourself”.

Select 4 cards by asking yourself 4 questions in turn:

  1. What feeling helps me successfully connect with my highest true self?
  2. Through what feeling does my soul express itself in the material world?
  3. What feeling leads me to the best path in life?
  4. What feeling can I develop in myself that will have a positive impact on my life?

Example of card layout No. II: “Broadening your perspective.”

Now choose 4 cards by asking yourself 4 questions in turn:

  1. What is my greatest strength?
  2. What have I developed in myself over the last years/months/or weeks?
  3. What am I avoiding, suppressing or not noticing about myself?
  4. My inner child (the child we once were) – what does she want to experience, what can I give her/him?

Inspirational quotes from books

“The most important decision you can ever hold on to is: From which state do you want to live every day of your life? From which state do you want to create your destiny?

Holding a deep and focused spiritual vision to dissolve suffering and live in a beautiful state even for two minutes every day in itself increases the blood flow in your brain to the anterior cingulate and the frontal lobes , decreasing unnecessary emotional chatter.”  Preethaji and Krishnaji – The Four Sacred Secrets.

“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” ― Viktor E. Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning.

“Feeling will get you closer to the truth of who you are than thinking.” ― Eckhart Tolle,  The power of NOW.

“Whenever you feel negative emotion, stop what you are doing or thinking and say, What is it I do want? Because you have turned your attention to what you do want, the negative feeling will be replaced by a positive feeling, and the negative attraction will be replaced by positive attraction – and you will be right back on track.” ― Esther Hicks, Health and the Law of Attraction.

“Resonating with emotional energies, tuning in and experiencing them, affects your physical body. Low-vibrational energies have the effect of shrinking the body and higher vibrations open up or expand the body. Resonating with particular emotional energies also affects your mind, your thoughts. What do you think happens to your thought patterns when you’re exposed to a lower, slower, emotional energy?” ― Abby  Wynne, How to Be Well: Use Your Own Natural Resources to Get Well and Stay Well for Life

“How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours. With everything that has happened to you, you can either feel sorry for yourself or treat what has happened as a gift. Everything is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You get to choose.” ― Wayne W. Dyer
